To log in, you'll need to enter your:
Merchant ID
User Name
Password
You will then need to click the "Login" button. Once you have logged in you will be presented with the CPP - MOTO GUI Level 2 Welcome screen
If you should accidentally enter the incorrect login details you will be shown an error message.
You are allowed three login attempts. For security reasons, after three unsuccessful login attempts, your access to CPP - MOTO GUI Level 2 will be denied. To regain access, please contact your local American Express office and allow 24 hours to have your access previleges reset.
