On-site travel offices are staffed with experienced American Express travel consultants who provide dedicated, personalised traveller assistance. Our consultants book air, hotel and car rental reservations in accordance with our customers' negotiated fares and rates, travel policies and individual traveller profiles.
In addition, our Service Delivery Centre network provides additional support, including temporary on-site staff, when required.

American Express after hours emergency Travel Centre ensures 24 hour support, worldwide. Travellers need only dial their designated travel centre.
Our emergency travel consultants have access to company policies, profiles and reservation records so they can amend existing reservations, or book new ones in accordance with travel policy, preferred supplier programs and traveller preferences.
