Service Delivery Centre
Our Service Delivery center is staffed by highly skilled travel consultants trained in sophisticated call centre technology and reservation systems to deliver quality, personalized service at the lowest possible cost. Our travel consultants provide airline, hotel and car rental reservations in accordance with our customers' negotiated fares and rates, travel policies and individual traveler profiles.

 
On-site Travel Offices
  American Express can also operate a customized travel office on-site at your company. On-site travel offices are staffed with experienced American Express travel consultants who provide dedicated, personalized traveler assistance. Our consultants book air, hotel and car rental reservations in accordance with our customers' negotiated fares and rates, travel policies and individual traveler profiles.

In addition, our Service Delivery center network provides additional support, including temporary on-site staff, when required.

 
Emergency Travel Service
  American Express after hours emergency Travel center provides 24-hour support, worldwide. Travelers need only dial their designated travel center. If the travel center has closed for the day, calls are routed automatically to our after-hours emergency centers.

Our emergency travel consultants have access to company policies, profiles and reservation records so they can amend existing reservations, or book new ones in accordance with travel policy, preferred supplier programs and traveler preferences.
